James Carr started Sentinel Pest Protection in 1999 out of a single pickup truck and a belief that West Texas families deserved better than what the national chains offered: honest inspections, consistent service, and a phone number that connects to a real neighbor — not a call center.
Twenty-five years later, Sentinel operates a fleet of licensed service vehicles across Midland, Odessa, and Big Spring. James still reviews every termite inspection report personally. His son, Ryan, manages field operations and holds a Texas Structural Pest Control license. His daughter, Kelsey, oversees client accounts and quality assurance.
